The practitioner uses their whole body: feet, knees, thighs, elbows, and hands to administer an invigorating, stretching, and compressive massage. Thai massage is jokingly referred to yoga for the lazy due to the deep stretches the recipient receives.

Alana has been working in the field of HIV in Sub-Saharan Africa since 2008 and have been looking for a way to combine her two worlds, yoga and public health, and get involved in the HIV epidemic at a domestic level. Join her on December 2nd during her regular schedule All-Levels class during which live music will be played by Jesse Baskin. Regular class rates apply. Cash donations for AIDS Action Committee of Massachusetts are encouraged in addition to your regular class pass.
