This practice will focus on standing well through the lens of both outer (physical) body and inner (subtle) body. We’ll look specifically at the Virabhadra Asanas (warrior postures) and anatomically how the alignment of the legs can directly affect and support the pelvis and lower back. This is an excellent class if you sit a lot (literally or energetically) as it will enliven the legs and offer both physical and mental cues to release worry and cultivate stability, clarity, and purpose.
