The Seat of a Teacher: Continuing Education

As anyone who has been through a 200-hr program knows, much of what you learn doesn’t get fully digested. We study, we pay attention and then despite our best efforts, 6 months later we find ourselves grasping for words to explain internal rotation or the concept of santosha. This 6-month program is designed for those who can relate. Through group and individual study, you will receive a thorough review of the basic concepts of yoga, how to weave a class effectively, living like a yoga teacher and ways to have an impact (moving from instructor to teacher).
