In trying times we must tap into the vast potential and well of support inherent in the anahata chakra, the heart center. From the physical lens, we will explore spinal extension and how to backbend from a stable and pain-free base using props and clear instruction. There will be variations for accessibility and up-leveling. We’ll close with kriya and pranayama (action and breath-control) as well as a heart-centered meditation to enliven and occupy this space.
