This workshop will give you the tools to map your breath and introduce traditional yogic breathing techniques. In addition to promoting healthy lung function, breathing well can also have dramatic effects on one's emotional state and nervous system. If you get to know your breath, you unlock the ability to soothe, energize and sustain yourself despite stressful circumstances.
