I love yoga and think you will too. I stumbled into a primary
series class at a gym in 2003 and have been on a mat ever since. A steady practice helped me heal from years of physical and emotional trauma, reconnect with my body, focus my mind and return a sense of joy and clarity into my daily life. Over the years my practice has grown to include Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Forrest, and many other styles and movement modalities. I draw on them all to create joyful, powerful flows.
I am a EYT - 500 and have studied with Kate Greer, Nicole Clark, Schuyler Grant and Sondra Loring. I teach advanced studies, teacher trainings, workshops and retreats in Boston and beyond. I am passionate about my work with the recovery community in Boston, where I leads classes and spearheads programs in residential inpatient facilities.
It is my honor to be able to share this practice with my students- to sweat and play and fly and maybe share a little peace.
