Tomorrow, @dan_ofsteel is hosting the workshop, “Incorporating the Bandhas into your practice.” In this workshop, he will focus mainly on how to apply the most powerful of all the bandhas, uddiyana bandha, or the 'flying up lock' (appears as a vacuuming of the abdominal region). This technique has numerous benefits such as stimulating the function of the pancreas and liver, improving digestion, decompressing the spine, soothing anxiety and tension, and increasing blood circulation throughout the torso, to name a few.
