The psoas muscles are powerful hip flexors and core stabilizers. They are involved in nearly every movement we make, even when we think about moving. When they are congested or strained it can cause lower back pain, anxiety, breathing problems, and funky walking/movement patterns. This workshop is designed to address all of the above! Through both yoga postures and isolated movement exercises, as well as a focus on breath, we will release, strengthen, and balance these powerful muscles. Expect to walk differently after this! All levels warmly welcomed.
