Through select pranayama (breath work), bandha (locks) and smoldering physical mandala (circular) practices we will explore the fire element to stoke our internal heat. Not only does this take advantage of the body’s natural internal heating system but it helps to build a steadier base for self confidence and a greater sense of self. This fire practice will move slowly and with pulsation, warming and enabling you to access nooks in the body that are otherwise difficult to reach. Ultimately leading you toward a state of sattva - sweetness and ease.
