Join one of JPCY’s long-time teachers, Carolyn Little, for a Flow & Restore styled class accompanied by live musicians. Though Carolyn no longer teaches a weekly class at the studio, she is continuing to bring her Nada offerings to JPCY as a workshop. Beginning with a slow flowing vinyasa for the first half, it then winds down into a deeply relaxing and restorative class for closing. All levels of experience are welcome.
