MOLLY MORGAN (she/her)

I discovered yoga in 2020 during the pandemic shutdown, and was immediately hooked. After months of practicing on an app, I craved more, and I ventured into a studio in Boston. As a former athlete, runner, and busy-body, yoga became a way for me to move my body while creating a sense of calm and mindfulness that I had never before experienced.

For me, the practice of yoga is an act of self love, an act of healing, and a commitment to a spiritual practice and community. Over the past several years I have explored many different styles of yoga, am absolutely obsessed with learning more about asana, mindfulness and meditation, and spend much of my time developing my spiritual practice.

I completed my 200hour training at Boston Yoga Union (now Back Bay Yoga Union) with Tim Kelleher and Emily Jonas, take workshops as often as possible, and practice all around the city!  My teachers and influences include Tim Kelleher, Tias Little, Daniel Max, Erica Bornstein, Natalie Wannamaker, and countless others. Yoga has given me both the inner and physical strength to do things I previously thought impossible, and continuous to be endlessly fascinating and educational.

What To Expect From My Classes

In my classes I combine meditation concepts and an inspired and fun playlist to create a welcoming, upbeat, and grounding experience. I love to learn about the body and explore, and I aim to cultivate curiosity in my sequencing. While my classes are vinyasa inspired and often sweaty and movement oriented, I incorporate mindful movement and restorative stillness in my classes with supported restful postures to close. Yoga has brought me community, friendship, self-knowledge, curiosity and playfulness, and equanimity, and I hope to bring this to each and every class.
