Yogic Studies Community Sadhana with Daniel Max

A Sadhana is a spiritual practice, which we will be engaging in as a Sangha, a community engaged in spiritual practice.

This monthly offering will be co-taught by Brenna Matthews and Daniel Max on alternating months.

Each meeting we will begin by introducing the chosen yogic concept, exploring its origins, principles, and significance in the yogic tradition.

After an introduction and brief group discussion you will have the opportunity to embody and experience the chosen theme through various yogic practices.

Following the practice session, we will touch base as a group to share our experience and provide any further clarification. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, this workshop offers an opportunity for deepening your knowledge and practice of yogic concepts.

* Please note: there will be no chickens present during the workshop.
