BRIDGET STUGER (she/her)
At a time when life felt relentless, I found yoga as a space to move, reflect, and breathe. Through years of practice, yoga has taught me to listen to my body, understand my edges, and approach challenges with curiosity. In 2026, I felt called to share this experience with others and become a Yoga Alliance 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher through JP Centre Yoga in Boston.
As a lifelong learner both in and out of academia, I value learning from my students as much as I hope they learn from me. I infuse my Political Science, Media Science, and Education degrees into my classroom environment by striving to keep yoga accessible, adaptable, and connection-oriented.
What To Expect From My Classes
As a Boston educator and former designer, I bring student-centered and inclusive design principles to every class. My favorite part of teaching is guiding others to discover what their bodies are capable of. By offering modifications and progressions, I aim to create a joyful space that empowers students of all experience levels to feel confident and curious in class.
