Class Schedule

Livestream classes are over Zoom. Links are emailed 45 minutes before class. If you sign up within the 45 minute window, the link is sent in 1-5 minutes.

To access recordings, sign up for the livestream, but don’t sign onto the Zoom. Recording links are sent after class ends and playback is available for 48 hours.
