MONTHLY HANDS-ON ASSISTING LAB

Join Einat Peled-Katz for a monthly lab exploring, refreshing, and refining the art of hands on assists.
Receive step-by-step instructions and learn a variety of assists for each pose and the opportunity to practice assisting while receiving feedback in order to refine their perception and quality of their touch. Each month will have a specific focus, so regular attendance and drop ins are welcome!

Restorative Yoga Teacher Training

NOVEMBER 14-15th and 21-22nd, 2025

In this 25 hour training, led by Alex Bauermeister and Brenna Matthews you will focus study on Restorative Yoga practices to hold profoundly healing space. Explore the yoga of meditative rest, supported stillness, and nervous system soothing.

In this 35 hour training led by Alex Bauermeister learn to hold safer, therapeutic, embodied healing space. Designed for yoga teachers, current or aspiring yoga therapists, and therapists looking to add embodied practices to their client sessions.

Perinatal Yoga Teacher Training

APRIL 17-19th, 2026

In this comprehensive 20 hour pre and post natal yoga teacher training, led by Alana Brennan and Jill Rodgers, participants will obtain the knowledge and skills needed to adapt all-levels classes for pregnancy and postpartum, and explore what it takes to lead specialized prenatal classes. This training combines lecture, movement, practice teaching, hands-on assisting, and individualized feedback.

Hands On Assists Skills Training

MARCH 14-15th, 2026

This weekend training is designed for yoga teachers who wish to attune and connect more deeply with their students and develop skillful, consent-based assisting. Einat and Brenna will introduce foundational principles of hands-on touch and adjustments, applicable to flow classes, restorative practices, privates, and small groups.

Led by Brenna Matthews and Daniel Max, this academically rigorous and community-minded program is designed for those who have completed a 200-hour teacher training and possess an interest in diving deeper into the mission and meaning of teaching yoga.

The in-depth curriculum includes a study of the physical practice, the anatomical and energetic bodies, yoga philosophy, yoga history, the art of touch, smart sequencing, and teaching methodologies. In addition, all participants will receive feedback and mentorship on their own personal teaching journey throughout the program.
