DANIELLE DOYLE (she/her)

I have been practicing yoga for more than half my life and my relationship with the practice has been ever evolving. Each year, there is some new way to approach my practice and teaching. I believe that yoga can be an incredible training ground for how to optimally use our bodies in our daily lives. In this multifaceted practice, we have the ability to rewire our physical and mental patterns through careful attention and intention. I did my first 300HR YTT with Ame Wren at the Boston Yoga School and I am currently finishing up my second 300HR training with Tiffany Cruikshank through Yoga Medicine. In addition to teaching yoga, I help clients move better and feel better in their bodies through therapeutic and Thai massage.

What You Can Expect From My Classes

My classes are a blend of more traditional asana from my years of teaching vinyasa yoga and practicing Iyengar, but may have some myofascial release or mindful muscle activation or some unusual flows sprinkled in with a focus on making our yoga more functional. I invite my students to challenge and restore their bodies in ways that are both expected and unexpected – variety is the spice of life, especially when it comes to how we move.
