Learn tools to develop a personal practice that builds both strength and resilience at once. This workshop will cover a series of exercises that make use of the range of motion that you have and develop strength and resilience that functions beyond the format of traditional yoga.
Saturday November 18th

Learn step by step what it takes to be able to do a freestanding handstand. In this workshop we will practice and develop the alignment, strength, and coordination that work synergistically in a handstand. Expect to come away with techniques and exercises you can implement on your own so that you can continue to progress.
