I'm a certified yoga and barre instructor with a background in holistic health modalities and mental health studies. My work is rooted in the belief that movement is a powerful gateway to presence, healing, and connection. I'm passionate about creating spaces that encourage people to explore their mind-body connection, deepen self-awareness, and move intentionally and empoweringly.

What You Can Expect From My Classes

In my yoga classes, you can expect a space to tune into your breath and body, with thoughtful sequences that support nervous system regulation, awareness, and strength. I teach what I like to call "slow burn" classes: we ease in gently, giving your body and mind time to settle and prepare for deeper, more challenging movement. I always teach from a client-centered perspective - inviting you to move intuitively, offering options, and using language that helps you reconnect with your body on your terms.
