Grief and Praise: Honoring What Is Missed with Marlene Boyette

Grief & Praise was created with the understanding that grief is not one-dimensional.

While often linked to loss, grief can also emerge through life transitions, changes in relationships, shifts in identity, or the collective challenges we face in our communities and world.

This is not a yoga or asana practice. Instead, it is a space for rest, reflection, and community - an opportunity to honor the many shapes of grief alongside the practice of praise: gratitude, resilience, and the small joys that help us carry what feels heavy.

Through gentle practices of conversation, stillness, and shared presence, we gather to recognize how grief reshapes us and how tenderness, care, and connection can sustain us.

This offering is open to all who wish to acknowledge the layers of grief in their lives and explore how grief and praise live side by side.
