Postpartum “Baby and Me” Yoga with Jill Rodgers

This class is designed for newly postpartum folks who have been cleared for exercise (generally 6+ weeks after birth).

Movements are offered in support of the parent's body, with special guidance on restoration of the pelvic floor muscles and core stability.

Classes include a check-in circle, and care for the areas of the body working hardest during life with a newborn: backs, necks, shoulders, chest. You are welcome with or without your baby, who is pre-mobile (i.e. not crawling or walking).

Bring a blanket or seat to anchor them within the room, and any items that make them comfortable (toy, cushion, car seat). There are plenty of opportunities to include baby in your movements, and feel free to feed and diaper as needed.

This workshop will be held in quarterly 6 week series on Thursdays from 1:30 - 2:45 PM.
Spring 2026 dates — May 14th, May 21st, June 4th, June 11th, June 18th, June 25th.
