KIRA VILLAROSE (she/her)

I’ve been practicing yoga for over ten years - what began as a way to find stillness at 14 has grown into a lifelong relationship with movement, breath, and self-inquiry. My practice has moved with me across cities - Seattle, New York, Charleston, and now Boston - but it’s always been the constant thread that keeps me grounded, inspired, and connected to others & myself.

I completed my 200-hour vinyasa training in Charleston and am currently pursuing a 300-hour certification set to be competed by the end of the year. My approach to yoga is rooted in the belief that the practice is deeply personal, a private experience often shared in community. I see teaching as an exchange: I hold space, but my students constantly teach me, too and I am grateful for those who trust me with their time.

Yoga has been the throughline in my life — the practice that’s held me through change, reminded me how to return to myself, and offered clarity when things felt uncertain. I’m honored to share this work with others and help create a safe space for self exploration.

What to Expect From My Classes

My classes are a blend of strength and softness, meeting my students where they are at each class. I guide students through intentional movement and mindful breath, with the invitation to go inward and move at their own pace. Expect creative sequences, space for stillness, and moments that remind you to come home to yourself.
