Yoga for Us: BIPOC Only Space *at Jamaica Pond with Marlene Boyette

This monthly yoga offering visioned and facilitated by Marlene Boyette welcomes Black, Indigenous, and People of Color to explore a blend of postures intended to open and energize the body, as well as postures that sooth and calm.

This space aims to create a container where BIPOC community members can welcome joy and a sense of connectedness to their yoga practice.

Aspects of meditation, sound healing,
and pranayama will occasionally be infused into this offering.
