Sacred Belonging: A Day-Long Retreat Dedicated to Wiser, Kinder, and More Connected Living

Join Brenna Matthews for a day of slowing down, intentional practice, and collective care.

This day-long, in-studio retreat will be an exploration and celebration of intentional community and what it means to more deeply connect to ourselves, each other, and the world around us. Together, we'll create space to pause, listen deeply, and be nourished by the wisdom that emerges when we gather with openness and intention.

There will be movement and somatic practices, journaling, circle sharing, meditation and deep rest. Maybe some laughter and tears, hugs and long exhales.

In times that almost require numbness and separation, we will call on the wisdom of the body, ancient teachings, and each other to remember how to be human.
