Rediscover the joy of learning with a workshop series designed for yoga teachers and curious yoga practitioners alike.
Deepen your understanding of the main actions and alignment that support a safe, sustainable yoga practice across the major joints of the body.
Each workshop combines movement, anatomy, and experiential learning to bridge theory and practice. Rather than memorizing alignment rules, you'll investigate how the body works, explore common movement patterns, and develop a more informed and adaptable approach to yoga. We'll crack open the anatomy books and bring the concepts to life.
While this series expands a yoga teacher's understanding of functional anatomy, it is taught in a language that speaks to all yoga practitioners who want a better understanding of their own body mechanics and building a sustainable, lifelong practice. Whether you're a teacher or a dedicated practitioner, you'll leave with practical tools and insights you can take directly onto the mat.
