In a time when many people are longing for deeper connection and more honest spaces to simply be human, this 8-week community series offers a place to pause, reflect, and engage in meaningful conversation with others.
Each session begins with a short grounding practice before opening into facilitated conversation shaped by the needs and experiences of the group itself. Some evenings may feel light and connective, while others may invite deeper reflection or vulnerability. All experiences are welcome.
This is not a class or advice-based space. It’s an opportunity to gather with others, speak honestly, listen deeply, and remember that we don’t have to carry everything alone. While this is not group therapy, it is a community-based space for reflection, connection, and mutual support.
The group is open to people of all backgrounds and experience levels. Participants are encouraged to attend consistently in order to help cultivate trust, safety, and group cohesion over the course of the series.
Participants may also choose to attend a yoga class immediately before or after the group, at a discounted rate creating an opportunity to support wellbeing through both movement and community connection*
