Rooted in the Yamas: a study and experience of yogic ethics with Nikki McMaster-Martorano

Join Nikki McMaster-Martorano for a gentle, grounding yoga experience exploring the Yamas - the ethical roots of yoga - through breath, reflection, and intentional movement. In addition to learning about the Yamas, we will practice them in the body: softening harm, meeting truth, moving from enoughness, honoring our energy, and loosening the grip of striving.

No performance, no perfection, just presence.

This offering is for all curious practitioners looking to deepen their practice beyond asana (yoga shapes) and engage with yoga’s philosophical and ethical traditions.

This workshop includes a take-home workbook and an optional 15-minute follow-up check-in with Nikki to share resources and continue learning.
