Autumnal Equinox Nāda Yoga with Carolyn Little

Join special guest teacher Carolyn Little for a 90-minute Nāda Yoga experience honoring the Fall Equinox —a sacred portal of balance, letting go, and inner listening.

Rooted in the ancient yogic practice of sound (nāda), this offering is a co-creative journey guided by the alchemy of live improvised music, intentional movement, and breath.

Through a slow, grounding flow, pranayama (breathwork), and meditation, we’ll attune our bodies and hearts to the shifting rhythms of the season. The class is a living conversation between guide, musician, and practitioner—an invitation into coherence, presence, and the subtle vibrational field within and around us.

All levels are welcome. Come as you are and be held in this sanctuary of sound, breath, and embodied stillness.
