Life frequently throws unexpected curveballs, making it essential to have a diverse toolbox of techniques and practices to effectively manage inevitable stress.
The concept of “The Middle”, a neutral state, is not a space many of us regularly inhabit, nor is it always easy to find. However, learning to access this central point can support a natural, calming breath that helps soothe and downregulate the nervous system. One of our paths toward such equilibrium is through our physical practice which in turn will also promote optimal muscular function and stability.
In this workshop, we will explore how to access our own Middle, both physically and energetically. From this centered place, we will move through a thoughtfully designed asana and pranayama practice aimed at nurturing and calming overtaxed nervous systems. By cultivating this awareness and skill, we can strengthen our capacity to stay centered, adapt more easily to life's challenges, and foster a greater sense of resilience in everyday life.
