Winter Self-Care Series


Join yoga therapist Alex Bauermeister for a 4-week series focused on yoga for mental and emotional self-care, nervous system regulation, and metabolizing stress. Each class focuses on a theme, rooted in yoga philosophy and trauma-informed mindfulness practice, coupled with gentle yoga poses and self-reflection.

SELF-CARE FOR COMMUNITY CARE:
So many of us feel that our self-care game falls short, when really we are trying to be resilient in the face of unsustainable stress. This series is in service of you supporting yourself, AND so that you can be an agent for change and transformation within your spheres of influence. Over the course of 4 weeks, you’ll build up self-care strategies to soothe your nervous system and cultivate tools that can serve you and your corner of the world, well beyond the mat.

LOGISTICS & ACCESSIBILITY:
You are welcome to join live on Zoom or participate via recording. Each class will be available for unlimited playback for 7 days. All levels of ability and familiarity with yoga are welcome. Alex teaches with options and variations so that you can personalize the practice to your preferences and needs.
