Grounded Strength with Matt Phippen

In this workshop, you’ll explore the powerful relationship between the feet and the glutes.

We’ll examine the mechanics of foot pronation and hip extension, and the role that sensory input and cortical awareness play in effective glute activation.

The feet are the body’s first point of contact with the external world; learning to sense the ground - particularly through the arch during mid-stance - is essential for restoring glute function and efficient movement.

By improving how the feet interact with the ground, you’ll naturally refine posture, enhance movement efficiency, and reconnect the lower body into a more integrated and resilient system.

All levels welcome.
